Wildchild is a Southern California street taco concept inspired by Chef Brian Paolina’s spirited teenage years growing up there. Known for his ingredient-driven, California-inspired cuisine at Lucy’s, Paolina draws on his deep love of Latino and Mexican flavors—where tacos feel most like home.

The menu features his favorite styles, including Al Pastor and Birria tacos, all made with fresh toppings, vibrant salsas, and hand-pressed organic blue corn tortillas. Sides like stewed black beans, queso sucio, and traditional guacamole round out the menu, with cardamom-spiced charros for a sweet finish.
